In the process of investigating the disappearance of a topless dancer, a TV news crew uncovers a videotape of someone stalking the victim days before her disappearance. At the end of the tape there is footage of another woman being followed, kidnapped and killed. If the crew, headed by reporter Jesse St. Claire, can break the case, it could be the opportunity of a lifetime. But their enthusiasm soon turns to horror when Jesse herself disappears.
